A totaly new web site for Subaru in Greece

Business Requirements
It was not an easy task! The business requirements imposed by Subaru Motors Hellas ΑΒΕΕ was simple – and hard in its implementation: the new corporate web site should be developed based on international marketing directives, should be able to satisfy local needs and should include localizing content provided by international marketing department.
In other words the company to which the project would be awarded, should be able to deliver a web site which was to satisfy contradicting factors! Additionally, the cost should be ‘reasonable for both parties’.
For Technopolis S.A. there wasn’t a moment of hesitation. With ample experience in building corporate sites (www.voyatzoglou.gr / www.viagas.gr / www.multipart.gr , etc.) as well as web sites that prevail foreign directives (www.peugeot.gr / www.porsche.gr ) the company had both the business experience as well as the technical expertise to deliver on such a project.

Implementation
Multimedia experts adapted the flash files and experienced developers created an infrastructure which while it preserved the globally imposed ‘look and feel’ of the web site, it was versatile enough to cover all local requests and offers ‘ease of use’ to content managers. Based on Drupal - the ‘platform of choice’ for Technopolis S.A. - the company’s experience on the platform and its ability to extend Drupal’s functionality to the limit, produced a new web site which was approved by Subaru Motors Hellas ΑΒΕΕ with minor modifications.
Tight Project Management has kept the project in the forecasted time-frame and excellent cooperation between client’s representatives and Technopolis S.A.’s Customer Care department made the whole project a positive experience for both parties.

Evaluation
When the project was awarded to Technopolis S.A., Subaru Motors Hellas ΑΒΕΕ executives made clear that the level of their satisfaction would mainly be based on delivering the new web site on time, at cost and with their involvement kept at minimum. The date they gave their approval for presenting the new www.subaru.gr, they had a ‘first hand’ experience of relevant services being offered at the highest possible level.
