«Saprpaz Publications S.A.» launched the first Greek-Cypriot news portal Pro.com.gr. At pro.com.gr visitors can get news and other information related to Greek and Cypriot news on various sectors such as Economy, Travel, Society, Sports, Media, Environment as well as International newsfeeds on various subjects.

In the frame of a mutually beneficial cooperation for designing and developing high level portals which among other include www.athensnews.gr and www.flash.gr, «Sarpraz Publications S.A.» turned to Technopolis S.A. for implementing this extremely interesting project.

Initial page layouts were designed and improved until meeting the necessary high level standards. After an innovative interface was finalized, a set of useful services were applied to the project, including:

-         Incorporation of Stock Exchange indices live feeds from Hellenic Stock Exchange and Cyprus Stock Exchange,

-         front pages of the biggest newspapers printed in Greece and Cyprus,

-         the ability to create an extensive collection of blogs

-         a tight integration between Portal Members’ and twitter.com / facebook.com accounts, allowing users of these popular Social Media to post comments based on their credentials in the respective Social Media user data-base
